Standing Alone

We usually have several tulips grow in our flower bed. This year only one blossomed. But it is beautiful and stands tall and proud even though it is the only one.





One of my greatest worries as a Mom is if I can teach my kids how to make good decisions even if it means that they have to stand alone. I can prepare them and teach them and try to be an example, but when the moment comes...they may have to be as brave and strong as our lone tulip!
