Last year I made strawberry jam, like always....but I decided to try peach jam as well. It turns out that everyone in our family likes strawberry and hates peach. ( It's really not bad, I don't know why they don't like it). We have used up our strawberry jam from last year and are down to just peach and you've never heard so much groaning and complaining.
This last week strawberries went on sale...six dollars a flat. When I told my husband that strawberries were on sale, he requested lots of strawberry jam....and no peach!!!
I did jam from dawn 'til dusk....well almost. We now have 70 pints of strawberry jam...and no peach!!
