He threw the softball pretty far.
He ran the 50m and the 100m, taking second in both his heats.
As an encore he ran the lead leg of the 4x100m relay. He ran a fast turn and helped his team take third.
We enjoyed watching and cheering, but by the end of the meet we were all pretty tired.
